About Adele

It has been said that Adele Alsop’s expressive paintings have “the power to exalt and unsettle at the same time.” Her loose brush strokes and the total abandon with which she renders landscapes have made her work popular in galleries and museums since the 1970s.

Adele now resides in the desert of Utah and her work reflects the wild nature of that vast landscape.
